1. Core Privacy Promise

Customers pay for Agingo Mind. Customer Data belongs to the customer. Agingo does not use Customer Data for AI training, model fine-tuning, targeted advertising, retargeting, data brokerage, resale, profiling, or unrelated product development by default.

Agingo processes limited information only as needed to provide, secure, support, bill, tax, deliver, maintain, and enforce the Activation Service; to comply with law; and to operate optional features the user affirmatively chooses.

2. Definitions

3. Information Agingo May Collect

4. Customer Data Local-First and No Hidden Use

Agingo Mind is intended to support local or user-controlled inference with models and data selected by the user. Unless a feature, support request, third-party connection, or user-controlled data-sale flow clearly requires it, Agingo should not receive Customer Data.

Agingo will not intentionally collect or transmit private prompts, files, outputs, local model files, model weights, or datasets for AI training, advertising, resale, brokerage, profiling, or unrelated product development by default. Product implementation must match this promise.

5. How Agingo Uses Information

6. What Agingo Does Not Do by Default

7. Disclosures and Service Providers

Agingo may disclose Operational Records and other information to service providers that help operate payments, taxes, hosting, support, security, fraud prevention, communications, legal compliance, accounting, or similar business functions. Service providers must be restricted from using Customer Data for their own training, advertising, resale, brokerage, or unrelated analytics unless the user separately authorizes that use and law permits it.

Agingo may disclose information if required by law, legal process, sanctions/export obligations, fraud/security investigations, business transfers, or to enforce the Agreement. If Agingo undergoes a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, Customer Data promises should be preserved or users should receive notice and choices required by law.

8. Third-Party Model and Provider Boundary

If you connect Agingo Mind to a third-party model, API, plugin, cloud platform, wallet, repository, data source, or provider using your own credentials or account, that third party may process your data under its own terms and privacy practices. Agingo’s no-use promise applies to Agingo; it does not control independent third-party providers chosen by you.

You are responsible for reviewing third-party model/provider terms, privacy practices, retention rules, training policies, data restrictions, and security requirements before connecting them to Agingo Mind.

9. Optional User-Controlled Personal Data Sale Program

Participation in the User-Controlled Personal Data Sale Program is optional and is not required to buy, activate, or use Agingo Mind. Agingo will not sell, license, disclose, or deliver a user’s Customer Data to a data buyer unless the user separately consents through the data-sale flow described in the User-Controlled Personal Data Sale Program Terms.

Withdrawal rules, completed transaction rules, buyer restrictions, payouts, fees, taxes, and consent records are governed by the User-Controlled Personal Data Sale Program Terms and the Data Package consent receipt.

10. Retention and Security

Agingo retains Operational Records for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including service administration, accounting, tax, audit, fraud/security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement. Agingo should delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Agingo uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No system is perfectly secure, and users are responsible for securing their own devices, accounts, wallets, credentials, model-provider keys, and local data.

11. User Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to, or opt out of certain processing of personal information. You may submit requests to privacy@agingo.com. Agingo may verify your request and may deny or limit requests where permitted by law, such as for security, fraud, tax, legal, or transaction-record reasons.

You may manage optional telemetry, cookie, marketing, and data-sale preferences through the app settings, website cookie controls, unsubscribe links, or the Legal Center where available.

12. Children

Agingo Mind is not directed to children under 13, and users under the age of majority may use Agingo Mind only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Agingo does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without required consent. The data-sale program is limited to eligible adult personal-use users unless Agingo creates a separately reviewed program.

13. International Use

Agingo may process information in the United States and other countries where Agingo or its service providers operate. Users are responsible for determining whether their use of Agingo Mind, User-Selected Models, Customer Data, and data-sale features is permitted in their jurisdiction.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice appropriate to the change, such as by posting a notice, sending email, or providing in-app notice. The updated policy will state its effective date.

Agingo will not rely on a privacy policy update alone to begin using Customer Data for AI training, advertising, resale, data brokerage, profiling, unrelated product development, or user-directed data sales where separate consent is required by this policy or applicable law. Any optional user-directed data sale or materially different Customer Data use requires the separate consent described in the applicable consent flow.
