1. No Refunds
All sales are final. Agingo does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for Agingo Mind activation credentials once an order is placed, regardless of whether the credential has been delivered, activated, or used.
Before completing checkout, review your order, activation quantity, and billing details carefully, as purchases cannot be reversed after payment is submitted.
2. Nonwaivable Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit or waive any consumer right that cannot be waived by contract under applicable law. Where nonwaivable law requires a refund, cancellation right, or cooling-off period, Agingo will honor that right to the extent required.
3. Related Documents
This Refund Policy supplements, and does not replace, the refund-related terms in the Terms of Service (Part B.10) and the Payment, Tax, Stripe, and USDC Addendum. If there is a conflict between this policy and those documents on a refund matter, the more specific provision in the Terms of Service or the Addendum controls.
